Make it boot from CD and run alignment there.

This software asks for restart when aligning system partition. And if alignment of system partition is not possible in Windows then I think better to start it from boot CD.

Make a stand-alone tool that checks for correct alignment.

I had to download, install and active just to find out all of my 7 partitions (on 7 hard drives) were aligned correctly.

Show actual finish time instead of 'Time to finish'

I would prefer that the program told me about when the operations will stop, instead of telling me how long time it will take. Because at the beginning it doesn't show anything in the time fields, but after a while it shows how long time it's...

Add a realistic time counter. This took 5 plus hours! I never would have run it had I know. The timer now is worthless.
